The Delavan Lions Club is proud to provide a sizable donation of seed money for the Aram Public Library Building Expansion and Improvement Project.
The club donated a $1,000 check the the Aram Public Library Foundation, which is leading the effort to renovate and improve the inside of the library, while also expanding the building’s footprint.
Aram Library Director Anita O’Brien said the hope is to have the project complete by 2021 or 2022.
In addition to overall updating and remodeling, preliminary plans call for improved and expanded meeting spaces, a new space for teens and improvements to the children’s area of the library.
